Taking Sherri’s Playshop impacted my life in ways I never could have imagined. A few weeks after the Playshop ended, I was faced with a situation that in the past would have sent my little monkey mind spinning with all the mind chatter of “I’m not good enough” and other self-limiting beliefs that cycle through our minds and have me upset for days, if not weeks.
Having learned how to turn those self-limiting beliefs into positive messages in the Playshop allowed me to recognize that my old pattern was starting – and to stop it almost instantly. Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Fridays are the best, One of the Friday’s I was having an absolutely horrible day and I was not sure what the best option was. I knew we had the call with Sherri however I did not want to deal with it because of my attitude.
